John Castillo
John Castillo has been recognized as a top 5 Award winner for the entire GMAC organization for 2007, 2006 and 2005. John Castillo was also a nationally ranked agent from 2000-2004. John attributes his success to his committment to providing Premier Service. John is a member of numerous Multiple listing boards throughout the state of New Mexico and has been a member of the Elite 25 and New Mexico Select groups for specializing in the higher end sales and listing of homes in the Greater Albuquerque/Rio Rancho market. John Castillo is a graduate of the University of New Mexico (BBA Accounting) and the Dearborn Real Estate Institute. Being Premier Service Certified, John has assisted many first time, move-up, and investor clients in achieving there goals of ownership. He also is obtaining his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. John Castillo is the broad listing broker on behalf of SouthWest Alliance of Asset Managers to list and market all HUD homes in New Mexico. John is a member of Peoples Bank advisory Board, Sedona Pointe HOA Board, La Cueva Football Athletic Board, and La Cueva Wrestling Board.
John loves spending time with his wife Julie, son Jalin (14 yrs), and daughter Jayna (1 yr). When not spending time with his family John enjoys, golf, snowboarding, running, biking, softball, sand volleyball, boating, and coaching youth football and wrestling. In addition, John is a supporter of UNM Lobo football and basketball.
